Bear Mountain Cruise Night 2012

Wednesday's 6pm-9pm

State entrance fee of $4 to all vehicles.

$40 for seasonal club membership which exempts member from State entrance fee.

1993 and newer is a mandatory $40 for the season to get on the field

and be exempt from the State entrance fee.

Or $5 a night for 1993 and newer but you still have to pay the State entrance fee.

Vendors spots are $20 per week plus $4 State entrance fee.

There are no reserved spaces. Vendors must arrive no later than 5pm.

Show and cruise flyers may NOT be placed in or on vehicles.

They may be handed out and/or placed at the registration table.

No solicitation by anyone but paid sponsors.

No "For Sale" signs.

If you would like to sell your car

there will be a car corral for $5 per car per night.

Violators of any rules will be escorted away from this event.

Rod Benders Car Club of New York

assumes no liability for personal belongings or damage to vehicles.

Pets are welcome but no bicycles or skateboards on the field.
